Cheap-priced services – you get what you pay for!

This is an example of cheap prices, resulting in an inferior and dangerous result. This inexperienced contractor hired by the business owner cut through the facade of the building and then used sledgehammers to remove the bricks. In the process, they spurred the collapse of the adjoining wall.
Riedel is bidding this work for repairs on an emergency basis to prevent the wall from collapsing and causing further damage. The important thing to keep in mind is to never hire contractors based on price alone! This project could result in lawsuits and hundreds of thousands of dollars of damage, which the customer will now need to pay because they hired a “cheap” contractor.
